Fast Fab Atlas Transfer Case Support Ring DIY kit
- Kit fits all transfer cases with a 3.900" output diameter
- Also fits Dana 300 and NP231 with Advance Adapters HD Tailshaft Conversion
The DIY Kit Includes the following:
- 1/2" thick precision laser cut support ring with laser etched cut guides
- 2 - 3/16" thick mounting tabs; the bottoms were left flat intentionally so the user could fishmouth for any size tubing
- 2- 3/4" OD x 1/2" ID x 1-1/2" long steel bolt sleeves
- 1-3/4" OD x 1/4" wall DOM steel tube 2-1/2" long
- Energy Suspension polyurethane bushings w/ sleeve
- 1/2" Grade 8 hardware with lock nuts
To install:
- Weld the sleeves to the sides of the support ring
- Using the laser etch cut guides, cut each side of the support ring and sleeves
- Weld the bottom of the support ring to the DOM bushing sleeve, you may modify the height if necessary to get the correct offset
